I have been in this clinic for 4 years, former vivanta then hedonai, with two current paid contracts, I had an appointment next week and I found out by chance that the center has closed, to which I have not been informed of anything, no telephone number at all. what to call... the management of the situation is embarrassing, those of us who are in that situation what do we do now? Minimum notify customers and provide a solution

Hedonai is the most unpresentable company I have ever met. They close a center and their way of taking responsibility for their clients is to send a text message saying that you should either call a phone number or write an email to find out what happens with your appointment. Spoiler: appointment canceled and if you want you can find out the next appointment in another center and with a delay of months. They are scoundrels, the treatment is disgusting. I would never recommend something like that.

I have been a patient at this clinic (former Vivanta) for 5 years. Next week I had (and I say had, because not anymore) an appointment at the clinic, and today I discovered that it is “temporarily” closed. What less than being patient, having paid everything I have paid and having many sessions pending, they notify me of the situation in advance. I found out by pure chance. The result? Appointment at the Jaén clinic (whose travel I have to pay for) on MAY 3. At the El Corte Inglés center they only have a diode laser, which is incompatible with my skin type and therefore, I have no other option if I don't want to lose my money. 0 satisfied is not enough.

We contracted with them when they were still laser 2000, and from one moment to the next, without prior notice or anything, they decided to remove the review sessions that came by contract. We filed a complaint, and they laughed at us. Still no reply after months. I do not recommend this site at all. When you call to make an appointment, they don't pick up. When you go, they have excuses for everything. They always have a full schedule. It seems that they do you a favor by giving you an appointment when you have paid a lot of money for the service. Do not trust that they will never call you to give you an appointment. And not to mention the staff, who are all miss dislike. When there is a nice woman who works, it lasts less than a newscast. There are a lot of lasers around the downtown area. I'm sure you can find something better than this without difficulty.

My center temporarily closes and my appointment cancelled, it's time to figure out life because everything is full at the other center (El Corte Inglés). At the beginning, being laser 2000, I had no complaints but as it has progressed, it has gotten worse and worse. I will finish the remaining sessions and will have to go to another center. By the way, the hair does not come off completely no matter how many sessions I give myself.
